We are a Colorado nonprofit 501c3 organization established in 1984 to provide technical research consulting and development services to publicsector agencies in the United States and abroad. CPPS specializes in Members of the CPPS team have designed conducted and evaluated projects for a wide range of human services agencies courts and other justice system agencies foundations universities and nonprofit organizations.
