Congratulations to Jennifer and Jenise, twins employed at our Utah affiliate, PARC, who will soon be walking across the stage at their high school graduation! Each of the women started out at PARC – Jennifer nine years ago and Jenise 13 years ago – performing custodial work on an #AbilityOne Program contract at Hill Air Force Base. Over the years, each built rewarding careers, moving out of the AbilityOne Program to employment in professional roles with PARC: Jennifer was recently promoted to a full-time Program Assistant and Job Coach and Jenise is now an Operations Supervisor. PARC provided tuition reimbursement that supported the sisters in reaching their goals of completing their secondary education and realizing their dream of graduating together. "I've worked so hard to get to where I am today, and graduating was a choice I made not just for myself, but to show my kids that determination and perseverance can lead to incredible opportunities,” says Jennifer. "The support and encouragement I’ve received at PARC helped me grow into a stronger, more confident woman,” she says. “The leadership inspired me in ways I never imagined, always pushing me to strive for more and embrace challenges head-on. This accomplishment means so much to me, but I know this is only the beginning – there’s so much more I want to do."
