Dear CCS Staff I wanted to express my utmost appreciated and severe thanks for the life skills I was taught CCS is Proud of its History CCSis very proud of being able to serve and make a difference in our community and those affected by substance abuse for 40 years. CCS was established in 1970 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization for the treatment of alcohol and drug abuse.
