PAWSitively S.A.F.E. Our Mission SAVING ANIMALS FROM EUTHANASIA We are dedicated to reducing the number of homeless cat and kitten populations in Contra Costa County California. We conduct trap spayneuter and return of community cats and get kittens off the streets. We also run a foster program and work in collaboration with other rescue groups to help with placement for homeless kittens and cats. In addition we help semiferal and feral cats needing placement who have come from areas where they are in danger or have no caretaker.
