RID is dedicated to protecting patients from deadly hospital-acquired infections. Our goal is to ~rid hospitals of infectious disease. Dr. McCaughey, Chairman. RID is a non-profit organization committed to curbing the spread of pathogens inside hospitals, nursing homes and other medical facilities. RID offers guidelines, new research and information on new technologies that stops germs in their tracks. CONDUCTED CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES THAT INCLUDED ENCOURAGING A GREATER DEMAND FOR INFECTION CONTROL IN HOSPITALS AND BETTER PROTECTION FOR PATIENTS AGAINST HOSPITAL INFEFCTION AND PUBLIC REPORTING OF INFECTION RATES.
