Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCAR) is a cage free, non-profit, no-kill rescue and shelter. Mission Statement -Second Chance Animal Rescue is a cage-free, non-profit no kill shelter. Our main purpose is to rescue homeless animals and provide for their medical, physical, and emotional needs while finding a loving, caring and permanent home. SCAR is an approved Isolation Shelter, which means we are able to quarantine animals that we rescue out of state.
