Clear Direction Mentoring Providing opportunities in science technology engineering math medicine for underrepresented students Our Story Clear Direction Mentoring exists to address our nations need to diversify science technology engineering math and medicine STEMM education programs and workforces. Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows provide longterm mentorship to underrepresented minority students in STEMM from their sophomore year in high school to their firstever paid STEMM internships. We partner with New York University NYU University of Colorado CU Anschutz Medical Campus local businesses and STEMM grants to break down barriers and empower our Fellows from historically marginalized and excluded backgrounds to achieve their dreams in STEMM. 100 success rate of matriculation to a 4year college among Fellows that stay in the program 140 graduate students and postdoctoral fellows trained in underrepresented minoritytailored mentorship paid internships in collaboration with NYU and CU Anschutz Your support helps us create incredible STEMM opportunities for high school and college students Thank you to our partners Clear Direction Mentoring is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization Tax ID 852679251 .
