11 years ago (less than 2 weeks before our 2nd #makethebestofitbash) this picture was taken by someone who didn’t know Tara’s story and only was trying to capture the storm (the billboard is on a rotation so just happened to capture ours). A friend saw it and sent it to us and we were even more shocked when we saw the caption was “this storm is crazy tonight, who wants to go dancing in the rain. ” For those that don’t know, Tara’s favorite quote was about dancing in the rain.
