THE ARC OF COLORADO BELIEVES Everyone has moral and civil rights that grant them the opportunity to love work play learn and worship in the communities they choose. Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities possess inherent value unique strengths and abilities. They are equal under the law and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
