Bravo Programs of America Providing Foster Youths with a Path to Higher Education Since 2014 Scholarships for Foster Youths Our Why We believe in the American Dream Through hard work and the help of a strong personal support network anyone can attain their own version of success. This dream is out of reach for many foster youths About 6 of Americans spend time in the foster care system at some point during their youth. Their outcomes dont look anything like the AmericanDream. Maintaining the status quo will continue what experts call foster care pipeline to prison and the highway to homelessness.
