Kwang He Won Health Center | Ktown Los Angeles Hours Emergency Case If you have an emergency please call 911 Kwang He Won NonProfitHealth Center We are a nonprofit health center that aims to increase access to quality primary healthcare and human services. Our goal is to provide culturally and liguistically sensitive health services to the community regardless of socioeconomic or immigration status. Available Programs Sliding Fee Discount We provide discounted medical services through a sliding fee schedule to patients who qualify based on household size and gross income. Family Planning PACT We are approved by the state of California to provide comprehensive family planning services to eligible lowincome residents.
