Park House – Rochester, Vermont Our Mission Rochester Community Care Home Inc a registered 501c3 tax exempt nonprofit maintains and operates Park House as a perpetually affordable congregate home for independent individuals. Park House provides independent living for those aged 60 and over and for qualifying individuals who are less and 60 years of age. First floor wheelchair accessible rooms are occasionally available. An elevator serves the second and third floors.
