Hope Grows Community Farm Program Hope Grows Community Farm Program HGCFP operates out of the beautiful Parkmont Farm in Hyde Park Vermont. Our program is the result of our founders39 Christian faith belief and desire to create a welcoming supportive and educational environment for youth and families of all backgrounds. In a world where people often feel isolated hurt and unsure of where to seek help we offer a unique and enriching environment to experience growth and healing. HGCFP is nota religious organization but as individuals we strive to put our faith and hope into action by and through our mission and programs.
