VIEW SERVICES About Us Second Chance And Reentry Services was named after the federal governments Second Chance Act which supports the efforts of state local tribal and nonprofit organizations in their work to reduce recidivism and improve outcomes for offenders who are returning from jail prison and juvenile facilities. Reentry is the term given to incarcerated individuals who are transitioning back to their community.
