Florin Road Partnership Inc. (FRP) is a nonprofit organization established in 1997, focused on enhancing the image and economic vitality of the Florin Road Business District in Sacramento, California. As the oldest Property-Based Improvement District (PBID) on a commercial corridor in California, FRP serves over 215 property owners and more than 400 merchants within a 24.1 million square foot area.
