Way up in the mountains of West Bengal, a few miles from the famous town of Darjeeling in North India, Laymen Ministries held meetings for the local village people of Dalit Tar. Sandra, a long time LM worker, speaks the Nepali language fluently. Here is what she shared with me: "We are in Dalim Tar now. It is pleasant in the day and cold at night. Warm fires are so nice in the evening! The meetings are going very well. We had a very powerful spiritual speaker the last two days. We had a nice group of believers come for a spiritual revival. He was sharing on the sanctuary. Today and in the evenings we have a speaker who can reach the villagers. We had a good group come last night. It has been a real blessing to the community. We had about 50 SDAs staying for the three day program and about 50 more in the evening from the community for the evening meeting." (fb)
