It is with so much excitement and gratitude that we welcome Kaelyn Ford to the Camp Mountain Chai community as our Health Center Administrator for her very first summer at CMC! Kaelyn brings a deep commitment to leadership, healthcare, and community service to this important role. Raised in Palmdale, California, Kaelyn spent over a decade in Girl Scouts—where she not only learned the values of teamwork and service but also fell in love with the magic of summer camp. Some of her most meaningful friendships and formative experiences came from those camp days, sparking her passion for environments that foster independence, connection, and joy. After earning her degree from UC San Diego, Kaelyn gained invaluable experience in both hospital and clinical settings—from labor and delivery to one of San Diego’s busiest private practices. Her background has equipped her with exceptional skills in organization, communication, and patient care—all of which she’ll bring to CMC to help ensure our campers and staff feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. We feel so lucky to have Kaelyn’s heart and expertise in our Health Center this summer. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and deep care for others are already making a meaningful impact.
