Helping Hand of South Whidbey is a Christianbased charity staffed by volunteers from about 10 South Whidbey churches and is supported through donations by churches community donors service organizations businesses and a few foundation grants from time to time. 89 of our total budget is used for client services. Our goal is to provide immediate financial assistance when basic services of life and wellbeing are in danger of being discontinued. We also make referrals to local county or state agencies for longerterm assistance.
