Friends of the Norfolk Animal Care Center is calling on animal lovers and festival fans to help raise funds at Harborfest on Saturday, June 7! Volunteers will work 3-hour shifts at the service tent—pouring drinks, running the register, and collecting donations to support stray and homeless animals in Norfolk.
