Community Assistance in Lancaster PA | EASS Food and Clothing Donations | Ephrata Area Social Services Supporting the Northern Lancaster County community since 1971 EASS is a nonprofit organization supporting neighbors in need throughout the Ephrata and Cocalico regions of Northern Lancaster County. Our assistance programs include the HandUP grocery pantry Ephrata Cocalico Meals on Wheels Transportation Services and Community Support Services. Our mission is to empower and connect neighbors in order to build a more vibrant community. Together we can build a stronger community for all.
