Pass Action Group WELCOME TO THE PASS ACTION GROUP WEBSITE September 11 2024 WAREHOUSE DENIED. At the City Council meeting on September 10 2024 the Banning Council voted 32 to fully deny the Banning Point project. Council member Flynn Happe and Minjares voted for the motion to deny while Mayor Sanchez and council member Wallace voted against the motion to deny. At the beginning of the meeting which was noted as a continued discussion from the July 9 2024 meeting it was not a public hearing as that was closed on July 9th the developers asked Sheri Flynn to recuse herself on bias issues.
