Considered a second home for generations of local families Los Cenzontles Academy invites children to learn music dance folk arts and crafts and to play an essential role in maintaining living traditions.

We’re excited to announce a brand new Cooking Class at the Academy starting Wednesday, September 17th. Each week, students will learn Mexican recipes and kitchen techniques that have been passed down through generations. These aren’t just cooking lessons, they’re a way to connect with the flavors, traditions, and stories of Mexican heritage.

We're excited about the Richmond/San Pablo Fiestas Patrias Parade on Saturday, September 13th. Our founder and director, Eugene Rodriguez, will be the Grand Marshal. And Los Cenzontles will have a parade float, where our Academy students will perform live music for the crowd.
