Lake Wenatchee Fire & Rescue | Plain, WA | LWFR Lake Wenatchee Fire Rescue LWFR is a fullservice Fire Rescue and EMS department. We are a combination fire department consisting of a handful of paid positions and a large majority of volunteer positions. Unlike many fullyfunded fire departments our volunteer service requires our firefighters to respond from home or work. Their service is indicative of the unique community we enjoy.
