Home - PRETC PRETC is a 501c4 nonprofit organization established in 1983. In the first decades Portland Regional Educational Telecommunications Corporation transmitted educational programming in the greater Portland area using frequencies regulated by the Federal Communications Commission. Today PRETC focuses on philanthropic initiatives through the Oregon Raindrop Fund that advance social justice and equity and that work to bridge the digital divide.
