ZS Associates (an independent market research agency) and LaGrippe Research (the recruitment agency), is conducting a research initiative focused on understanding the experience of people undergoing treatment for ATTR amyloidosis. Their goal is to learn directly from patients to better understand their journeys, including how they navigate treatment decisions, what kind of support they receive, and how treatment impacts their quality of life. Below is a brief overview of the research project: What are they hoping to learn? About patients’ experiences with newer treatments for ATTR amyloidosis, with a focus on the logistical and emotional challenges involved in initiating therapy, including considerations around affordability, access, and the overall treatment experience Who are they hoping to speak to? ATTR-PN (ATTR polyneuropathy) and ATTR-CM (ATTR cardiomyopathy) patients who have started on a new treatment in the last 12 months When is the research being conducted? Early June – Early July How long will the interviews be? These will be 60-minute online interviews Is this research being compensated?
