Home - Country Neighbor Annual Reverse Raffle September 28 2024 Country Neighbor holds an annual Reverse Raffle and Chinese Auction as a fundraiser for the organization. It is held each year at the Orwell American Legion on the last Saturday in September. Tickets for the event are available beginning in July. Contact the Executive Director at barbkcountryneighbor.
