Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Illinois is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing future leaders, strengthening families, and building community by creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships. Established in 1980, the organization operates as an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
