Homestretch Nonprofit Housing We have been developing quality affordable housing in the Grand Traverse Region since 1996. Affordable Housing Concept Lot O Traverse City Homestretch Nonprofit Housing is a Community Housing Development Organization CHDO. Offering both Rental and Home Ownership programs Homestretch serves area residents earning at or below 80 of the Area Median Income AMI by county. Established in 1996 in response to the ongoing affordable housing shortage in the Grand Traverse region Homestretch has developed over 100 below market rate rentals and homes for sale adding new obtainable housing stock to our communities each year.
