Lakewood Community Services Center (LCSC) in Lakewood, Ohio Helping Individuals and Families Thrive We provide basic needs assistance and personalized resources to empower individuals to move toward greater selfsufficiency. Services We Offer Food Assistance DoortoDoor Food Delivery in Lakewood Rocky River and Westlake Community Meals and Summer Lunch and Enrichment Program. Housing Assistance LCSC provides a combination of case management referrals to mainstream benefits and service providers and cash assistance for rent andor utilities to Lakewood residents at risk of homelessness. Youth Programs LCSC offers this summer program for Lakewood students in grades K through 5 who qualify for free or reducedprice meals during the school year.
