Samaritan Patients, As previously announced, Samaritan has a new partner for patient billing. During the transition, some billing statements were recently mailed to patients with outstanding balances that lacked a description of services. Additionally, these statements did not include Samaritan's usual branding, such as our logo or color scheme, which may have caused confusion. The mailed statements were pink and green. This was an error that the billing agency has identified and corrected. Going forward, all statements will include detailed information and the appropriate Samaritan branding. In the meantime, patients are not required to pay the incorrect looking statements. Revised and accurate bills will be mailed soon and will appear consistent with our standard Samaritan statements.
