Meet Our New Board Co-Chairs: Hannah B. & Tiffany P. We’d like to take a moment to introduce Hannah B. (she/her) and Tiffany P. (she/they), who are stepping into the roles of Co-Chairs at the Appalachian Community Fund! Hannah is a Kentucky-based theater maker, children’s educator, and artist who believes in the power of storytelling and creative expression to strengthen communities. As a teaching artist with the Kentucky Arts Council, she works to expand access to the arts for young people, ensuring they have the tools and support to share their stories. She also serves as a CASA advocate, standing alongside children in the foster care system, and is a proud member of Alternate ROOTS, a network of artists working at the intersection of arts and justice. After serving on the ACF board for the past year, she is honored to step into this leadership role, bringing her passion and dedication to resourcing grassroots movements across the region. Tiffany is an artist, poet, and land caretaker from the mountains of Virginia and Kentucky. They are the co-Executive Director of the Appalachian Rekindling Project and a Program Officer for the Appalachian Families Forward Project at the Appalachian Community Fund. With a deep commitment to place-based work and community resilience, Tiffany is excited to take on this role, further supporting ACF’s mission and strengthening grassroots efforts across Appalachia.
