Vision City Outreach envisions a world where individuals with mental health disorders redefine the stigma of limitation associated with mental health by utilizing skill sets and resources that enable them to live social productive and autonomous lifestyles. We believe in the potential of every human being and we know that collaboration and support is a critical component of success. We strive to see an interconnected community in Milwaukee County that supports itself and its members through outreach integrated skills training and the amplification of available resources.
