This is why we're launching our Community Resource Hub: a centralized list of opportunities and tools designed to support LGBTQ+ individuals and organizations across Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. In the face of a political landscape that grows more hostile by the day, LGBTQ+ organizations across the Northwest are rising to meet the moment and Pride Foundation is honored to stand alongside them. We launched the Fortitude Fund earlier this year to provide urgent, flexible, and responsive support to LGBTQ+ organizations on the frontlines of this crisis, especially those led by and for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and Trans and Gender Nonconforming (TGNC) folks. We’re honored to announce our first round of Fortitude Fund grantees awarded in April: 41 organizations receiving $700,000 in rapid-response support to continue their critical work during this time of escalating needs. This includes 3 organizations from Alaska, 5 from Idaho, 4 from Montana, 12 from Oregon, and 17 from Washington. We're currently reviewing applicants for our next round of funding and will make that announcement later next month.
