IT ESTABLISHES A PROGRAM OF FRIENDLY COMPETITION WITH THE GOAL OF EDUCATING PLAYERS ABOUT SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, FELLOWSHIP, COURTESY, DISCIPLINE, AND INTEGRITY.
