WELCOME The Josephine Elizabeth Seaton Franklin Foundation JESFF Incorporated was founded in 1995 and is a nonprofit 501 c3 charitable organization. For nearly 30 years we have supported education specifically providing scholarship support as well as addressing the various needs of community members in the Chicago south suburbs. Founded by a team of dedicated driven women leaders the Foundation seeks to partner with businesses and organizations that share the vision of enhancing student advocacy economic development and health opportunities within the community. The JESF Foundation invites you to partner with us by becoming a financial donor or volunteering your time and talents in our efforts to provide community services in the areas of education specifically scholarship literacy domestic violence and the black family.
