“I am overcome with so much emotion right now. The feeling doesn’t feel real right now but I’m beyond grateful to be standing here today, and I’m so grateful for this opportunity." Gina Harjani of Gatlinburg, Tenn., is the winner of the 2025 American Legion National Oratorical Contest. The second-place finisher was Mary Crosby of Burlington, Wash., and third-place went to Elena Andrews of Beresford, S.D.
