NMEI - Welcome The North Mississippi Enterprise Initiative NMEI is a nonprofit publicprivate regional partnership for entrepreneurial growth. NMEI manages 3 business incubators Oxford Batesville and Grenada and provides leadership in entrepreneurship within the region. The sponsoring entities include the cities of Batesville Grenada and Oxford the counties of Panola Grenada and Lafayette the Panola Partnership the OxfordLafayette Economic Development Foundation the Grenada Economic Development District the Economic Development Authority of the U. S.
