United Volleyball Club Current Section UNITED Volleyball Home 2025 Spring Training Our UNITED spring training sessions begin with positionspecific instruction focused on developing individual skills such as setting hitting blocking serving and defensive techniques. The second half of our sessions will shift to game play where players apply their positional skills in realtime improve their court awareness and apply learned techniques in match conditions. These sessions will be led by Coach Haley and staff who have competed at the college level.
