We’re happy to share the results of our second Health Day of 2025, held in partnership with Cendisol in the El Marite sector of Maracaibo. Cendisol, the Archdiocesan Center for Labor Development, works in the Venancio Pulgar parish and played a key role in helping us reach more than a thousand people with dental hygiene kits, thanks to the support of Colgate-Palmolive Venezuela and their “Bright Smiles, Bright Futures” program. The day also included talks on how to brush correctly and why oral health matters, with the participation of 960 children from the community. This effort was made possible thanks to the generous backing of Colgate-Palmolive Venezuela, Core Response, the Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP), and GlobalGiving. Donate Welcome The Wayuu Taya Foundation was created with the objective of improving the living quality of the indigenous communities in Latin America maintaining and respecting their traditions cultures and beliefs. Programs Assistance For Those In Need Assistance For Those In Need Assistance For Those In Need The Wayuu Taya Foundation strives to make life better by bringing food access to medicine access to education to the most vulnerable in localities along the border between Venezuela and Colombia. Agroecology Program Assistance For Those In Need Assistance For Those In Need The sustainable local agroecology program for Apna and Mirabello farms in the municipality of Mara in the state of Zulia is part of our vision to reach more people through the productive use of land the use of natural resources and respect for the environment.
