FACETS – Building stronger futures for Fairfax Helping Our Neighbors in Crisis FACETS is one of the largest social safety nets for families children and individuals in Fairfax County Virginia. At FACETS we meet people where they are usually at the most vulnerable time in their lives and help them build stronger futures. We do this by offering emergency and basic needs assistance along with individualized case management to enable people to become selfsufficient and break the cycle of homelessness poverty and hunger. Transforming Lives From providing emergency shelter and connecting those in need with lifesaving services to securing permanent housing and charting a path to a stable successful future we are convening the community to help keep our neighbors warm dry fed and safe.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Congressman Gerry Connolly. His unwavering commitment to public service made him a true representative of the people, and his compassion for those in need has undeniably left a lasting impact on our community. Over the years, Congressman Connolly stood with us in our mission to prevent and end homelessness and generational poverty here in Fairfax County, often showing up to celebrate and support the work we do.
