North Shore Coalition Against Substance Abuse is a non-profit organization with the mission to bring our community together to reduce youth substance abuse. NS-CASA’s mission is to reduce substance abuse among our youth through a collaborative and inclusive community effort educating our community on the risks associated with early substance use and reducing youth access to alcohol, and illicit drugs.
