Domestic Abuse Project Healing begins here. This year Domestic Abuse Project DAP celebrates 45 years of serving the Minnesota community impacted by domestic violence. Services and Programs Victim Survivor Program Domestic Abuse Projects Victim Survivor Program works with adult survivors of domestic violence to help them understand abuse as part of a larger systemic issue and to heal from abuse.
