Windy Hill Foundation Providing Safe and Affordable Housing in Virginias Loudoun and Fauquier Counties Dedicated to helping residents meet their individual goals Working with community partners to provide programs and services Windy Hill Foundation provides housing for roughly 12 of the population of Middleburg Marshall and the Plains.
