Submit a copy of the Jockey Club Certificate to the OTOBA for payment. OWNERS BONUS 10 of Oregonbred Thoroughbred earnings for 1st5th place finishes during the summer meets will be paid to the Owner. TBD will be paid to Owners of Oregonbred Thoroughbreds who place 1st 5th in Thoroughbred races at the commercial meet.
