Join us for our first Spring Session, this Saturday, May 24, 2025 9:45-11:00 a.m. at The Village of Arts and Humanities Main Space at 2544 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19133. Yoga is a practice that infuses movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques that can help combat the stress of a chaotic world. People of all levels and with all experiences with yoga are welcome. This series is open to anyone 15 and up (a guardian must join anyone under 18).
