Thursday's schedule for Active Aging Week: Featured Program: Speed Friending, 4:30β5:30 pm You can also calm your nervous system in a Moving Meditation on a Labyrinth at 2:00 pm and learn how music combats memory loss at a documentary screening of "Alive Inside" at 6:00 pm. Today is the last day to participate in The Center Circuit Walkathon. There will be prizes tomorrow for the top 3 walkers with the most laps and for whomever recruited the most donors.
