Promote Altruism Together we can advance wellbeing for all. Promote Altruism has primarily been focused on finding a cure for Scleroderma. Scleroderma also known as systemic sclerosis is a rare chronic autoimmune disease that causes the skin and other parts of the body to thicken and become inflamed. It occurs when the bodys immune system attacks its own tissues causing inflammation and the production of excessive collagen.
