Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS Housing Foundation SCCARHF is a local nonprofit organization focused on providing funds to help lowincome individuals and families become homeowners through our Closing Cost Assistance Grant Program. We also assist in educating firsttime homebuyers about the process of finding and buying a home and are building relationships with local housing agencies to better coordinate our efforts towards making more local residents homeowners.
