Emsway – The Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation The Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation ECFF provides funding to spread education advocacy and awareness of boating and water sports safety for adults and children throughout Connecticut and nationwide. In addition to watersports safety the foundation also honors other areas of interest in Emilys life by supporting academic and athletic endeavors she was passionate about. We are so proud of our fundraising progress with Emilys Chimes and the Chimes Building at Tods Point. While there has been some construction and utility planning delays we expect the project to commence later this year.
