Nebraska Legal Diversity Council Collective impact for a more diverse Nebraska legal community. Improving diversity equity and inclusion within Nebraskas legal profession. In May 2021 NLDC was incorporated with the mission of fostering the creation of a more culturally diverse and inclusive legal community by improving the pipeline recruiting and retaining diverse lawyers creating a culture of diversity and inclusion and developing attorneys of color. Maximizing impact through collective action and coordinated initiatives Nineteen organizations have agreed to be founding members of NLDC committing to active participation and financial support for the next three years.
